General Policy

At Nour Travel, we value your time and understand that plans can change. To provide fair and efficient service, all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original booking time.

If a customer fails to cancel within this period, the booking will be considered confirmed and non-refundable.

Cancellation Options

  • Travel Ticket Cancellation:
    • Must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
    • After 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable.
    • In case of airline schedule changes or flight cancellations, airline policies will apply.
  • Hotel Reservation Cancellation:
    • Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
    • After 24 hours, one night’s room charge may apply or as per hotel partner policy.
  • Airport Lounge Booking Cancellation:
    • Lounge access bookings must be cancelled within 24 hours.
    • After that, the booking is non-refundable.
  • Membership Card Cancellation:
    • Membership fees are non-refundable once the card is activated.
    • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours before activation, a full refund can be processed.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used at booking.
    • Transaction or bank fees (if any) may be deducted from the total refundable amount.

How to Cancel

When requesting cancellation, include your Booking Reference Number, Full Name, and Service Type

(e.g., flight, hotel, lounge, membership).

Important Notes

Failure to cancel within the 24-hour period results in a 100% charge.

“No-show” cases (when a traveler fails to arrive without notice) are considered non-refundable.

Nour Travel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in accordance with airline, hotel, or lounge provider terms.
