At Nour Travel, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring peace of mind while also supporting the logistics involved in organizing travel.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. General Tour Packages (Flights + Hotels + Transportation)

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.

  • 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

B. Flight-Only Bookings

  • Refunds are subject to airline policies.

  • Non-refundable or low-cost carrier tickets cannot be refunded once booked.

  • Date changes may incur airline fees + agency service charges.

C. Umrah/Hajj Packages

  • 45+ days before departure: 75% refund (excluding visa and admin fees).

  • 15–44 days before departure: 30% refund.

  • Less than 15 days: No refund.

  • Visas once processed are non-refundable under all circumstances.

D. Hotel-Only Bookings

  • Cancellations depend on the specific hotel’s policy.

  • Most refundable bookings require cancellation 48–72 hours in advance.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

  • All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

  • Credit card processing charges and bank transfer fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure / Exceptional Cases

  • In cases of government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters, or border closures, clients may be offered:

    • Full credit for future travel, or

    • Partial refund (depending on supplier policies).

  • An official document may be required to validate such claims.

4. Amendment & Rebooking Policy

  • Changes to travel dates or traveler names may be allowed up to 21 days before departure (subject to supplier conditions and applicable fees).

  • For Hajj/Umrah, changes are typically not allowed after visa issuance.
