Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and create personalized travel itineraries.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and promotions.
  • Ensure all travel documents are accurately completed, including visas, insurance, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best deals for clients. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a travel officer, agent, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, hotels, and airlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
  • A passion for travel and helping others plan their trips.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, travel booking tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred but not required).
