- Maintain communication with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best deals for clients. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a travel officer, agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, hotels, and airlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
- A passion for travel and helping others plan their trips.
Skills & Competencies:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, travel booking tools, and online communication platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred but not required).
