Once payment is confirmed, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address or via WhatsApp as a digital copy.

Yes, seat selection depends on the airline’s policy. Some airlines offer free seat selection; others may charge an additional fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Yes, but cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking as per Nour Travel’s cancellation policy. After that, airline-specific charges may apply.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the airline’s processing time and your payment method.

Once travel has commenced, most tickets become non-refundable, except in special cases approved by the airline.

CHECK-IN AND BOARDING

• Domestic flights: Arrive at least 2 hours before departure. • International flights: Arrive at least 3 hours before departure.

Yes. We can guide you through online check-in or perform it on your behalf upon request (depending on the airline).

AGGAGE INFORMATION

Baggage allowances depend on the airline and fare type. Our agents will inform you of your baggage limit when booking your ticket.
